Gilgamesh got Covid

Catching Covid a few days before the opening of our Gilgamesh exhibition was disappointing (to say the least);

I don’t know what was worse this last minute cancellation of my show or the relentless fever and volatile oxygen levels.

With hind sight I am seeing it as a good thing, it gave me time to “tear up the work and start all over again”…

Work always gets done in whatever time is allocated to it.

Now that Gilgamesh has more time it will be more ambitious, more experimental and playful.

There is value in working without the bully of time looking across your shoulder.

Right?
